Statement of Hator limited warranty<\/h1>\nHator guarantees to all users of its products that there is no defect in the used parts and works in the\nterms set out in this document. Under the conditions and limits that are shown below, Hator, at its own\ndiscretion will repair or exchange any product that has proven to be defective due to improper\nmanufacturing quality or materials used. Repaired parts or products are provided by Hator to replace the defective parts on the basis of exchange for new or re-tested products. All re-tested products are\ntested to ensure its functional compliance with new products. If Hattor does not have the opportunity to repair or replace the product, it will refund or offset the current value of the product’s price at the\ntime of filing the claim, or at the purchase price (whichever is less at the time of offsetting the\nproduct). To do this, you must provide proof of purchase that shows the original date and place of\npurchase, as well as a description and cost of the product.\n\nThis limited warranty does not cover any product damage resulting from improper installation,\nassembly, accident, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive power supply, abnormal\nmechanical conditions or environmental conditions, as well as any unauthorized dismantling, repair\nor modification. This limited warranty is void if the product has not been used in accordance with\nthe accompanying instructions or if the product has not been used for its intended purpose.<\/i>\n\nThis limited warranty does not apply to any product where the original identification information has\nbeen changed, destroyed or deleted.<\/i>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The procedure and mandatory conditions for the\napplication of the guarantee claim<\/h2>\n

\n\nTo use this warranty service, you can return defective products to the authorized Hator dealer or\ndistributor where the Hator product was purchased. Before returning the product, confirm the conditions\nfor its return. As a general rule, return information must be accompanied by identification information,\nincluding the model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem\nyou encountered during its operation. You will need to provide proof of purchase. All returned parts or\nproducts become property of Hator in case of replacement or refund of funds upon receipt. The expenses\nof product\u2019s delivery from the consumer to the dealer \/ distributor and back are reimbursed according to\nthe current legislation of the country in which the warranty case takes place.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the foregoing is a full warranty for\nthe products and supersedes all other warranties and statements in oral or written form.<\/i><\/p>\n

In addition to the guarantees described above, Hator does not give any other\nguarantees for its products and rejects any guarantees that are not stated in this document.. Hator\nproducts can not be used as critical elements in life support systems, as well as in cases where\nfailure or failure of products can lead to an accident or death. Hator shall not be liable for any\nperson’s death, any harm or damage caused to people or property arising from the use of Hator\nproducts in any equipment, including, in particular, military or medical equipment, traffic and\ndisaster prevention systems.<\/i><\/p>\n

The total amount of Hator’s liability under this and any other warranty, express\nor implied, is limited to repair, replacement or refund of products. Hator is not liable to the\npurchaser or end user of Hator products for loss, expense, loss of data, lost revenue, lost profits\nand other incidental or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use or inability to use\nHator products.<\/i><\/p>\n
